We have negotiated fees for our speakers to ensure we can find the right speaker for your event and stay within your budget. There are no hidden costs to you.

After you have decided on a speaker and the speaker has accepted your invitation, Success Essentials will assist in taking care of all the details. We issue the contract to the speaker and can coordinate all of the details, including travel and accommodation requirements.When you work with us, you don't have to worry about any unexpected problems.

This is a great question and often misunderstood. A Speaker is generally referring to someone delivering keynote -an entertaining, informational, or motivational presentation.

A trainer is a subject matter expert who comes in to help resolve a problem or develop new skills for the participants; the focus being on measurable results.

Each requires both similar and unique talents. Make sure that you clearly identify what is better for your event.

Not necessarily. We maintain a list speakers that are willing to accept short notice offers; we understand that sometimes due to a scheduling conflict, miscommunication, or challenges outside of your control that you may need a speaker at a moment’s notice. Of course, the closer a deadline is for an event, the more limited speaker availability. We always encourage planners to have a backup resource on file in case of a last minute cancellation or no show by a speaker; that is why we offer our short notice service. It Depends. We have several speakers that speak on community, social, or business issues that will speak for free depending on the group and location. We do evaluate all proposals on a case-by-case basis and will gladly forward any reasonable requests to a speaker. If they accept your invitation, we will connect them with you directly. If we do not have a pro bono speaker in your area, our staff can work to locate one for you for a nominal fee*. (*since we only recommend speakers that we verify are effective and engaging presenters, the fee is necessary for our time in reviewing the speakers presentation…this is only if we do not already have a speaker that fits your request)

Speaker fees vary widely depending a number of factors including length of speech and type of event. the biggest factor is whether it is a local expert, professional trainer, nationally recognized author/speaker, celebrity speaker, etc. Note: Speaker fees typically do not include expenses. Expenses often include airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, and any out-of-pocket expenses. Fees for international events are often subject to an incremental increase in cost. Success Essentials will work to find the right speaker for your event and budget.

Most speakers approve recording for archival purposes only, but every speaker is different; many have policies against taping their intellectual property for any purpose other than archival. In some cases, this is negotiable and in all cases, you will want to obtain written permission before making a recording of any kind.

Absolutely. Our speakers are available to speak with you directly – both prior to your choosing them as your speaker as and after the selection has been made. Open communication is essential to making sure we have the right speaker and the right program to make your event a success.
